When you register to participate in our consumer panel, we may process the following items of personal data about you:
The purpose for which we process your name and the email address that you give us when registering to our consumer panel is so that we can send you emails with information about new products and about our work here at Oliver Twist in general, and so that we can send you requests to receive product samples and to participate in our customer satisfaction surveys. If you do not provide us with your name and email address then we will be unable to send such information to you.
The purpose for which we process your address is so that we can send product samples to you. If you do not provide us with your address then we will be unable to send you the product samples that you have agreed received.
The purpose for which we process personal data that you choose to provide us with in our customer satisfaction surveys is so that we can carry out our surveys and thereby collect statistics on the use of our products and assess how we can improve them.
Our legal basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in sending out emails with the above-mentioned content and in sending out product samples to you. Your participation in our consumer panel is completely voluntary and you are entitled to deregister yourself from the panel at any time. Your contact details, such as your name, address and email address, will be deleted as soon as you deregister from the consumer panel. Information that you choose to provide us with in our customer satisfaction surveys will be anonymised as soon as we receive a message from you asking that we ensure the data cannot be attributed to you.
Oliver Twist may share your personal data with other companies within the group in which Oliver Twist is included, as well as with collaborating partners, for example when providing IT services. These recipients only process your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Oliver Twist takes all appropriate legal, technological and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is processed securely, and with an adequate level of security when transferring to, or sharing with, selected recipients of this kind.
